I have tried and tried to get to that point where I could actually enjoy it, but I never seem to make it. I always thought it was because I was too out of shape for it, but even when I ran and trained I never could get into the mindset that it was good. I'm glad you get the satisfaction from it. I think it is one of those things you get or you don't. Kick those boys' asses!!!! I HATE running. I think yoga helps with other workouts - alteast it works for me - reminds me to breathe correctly while workout, crunches or running!
