monthly ramblings

y0! welcome back to this month’s random spot of tea…er thoughts. upgraded the blog to word press 2.something. so far, it’s pretty spiffy. haven’t seen too much that’s different, but i’m still playing with it.

after reading through the last 8 or 9 months worth of blog entries, i have to laugh. “i wrote my first stored procedure” or “i solved my first production issue.” lol lol lol. what a newb! it certainly is a history of things that have occured though. a little chronology in the life of one random chica. hehe.

graduated college finally. the degree is being framed, and will look lovely on my office wall. and really that’s it.

work is swell. i’m busier than a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest. i’ll be developing my first homegrown project, and i’m gonna use some .net 2.0 technology. very cool stuff. this video demonstrating atlas functionality really got me jazzed up about it. i’m seriously considering converting tackletown to .net 2.0 and moving forward with c# as the chosen language.
