when did “new year” get pluralized?  i see “new years” everywhere, but it’s only got an S on there for possessiveness, like when you say “i celebrated new year’s eve.”  i also say “happy new year!” because i’m wishing everyone a singularly happy new year.

new orleans recovery progress

a friend of mine went down to new orleans with his company for an annual retreat.  i don’t have much to say about it ’cause one of the guys that went said plenty on his blog.

check out obama’s speech put to music. i found it profoundly moving. i hadn’t heard or seen the speech when obama gave it, but it’s really a great speech. i really hope obama gets the democratic nomination. i think he’d be a great President.

than this physical body
arms extend further
than this physical earth

healing energy abounds
